What is coaching and what are its benefits?
Coaching is used to lead the client to reach his goals, the coach’s function is not to give direct advice or recommendations but rather to find the right solution with the client (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coaching).
We often talk about personal or life coaching. Coaching is used to help change or replace the programs, which we have saved in our unconsciousness, and which influence our behavior; unfortunately, often negatively. For these sorts of changes I typically use NLP techniques. these techniques are very effective and have more to offer than typical coaching because through them we are able to affect the unconscious. I also do my best to communicate with each client in the way, which is best suited for him. That is why I believe it is possible to achieve great results in the shortest amount of time compared to hours spent with a different coach/psychologist.
