COACHING SERVICES
Coaching typically focuses on achieving short-term or long-term changes, reaching certain goals, improving abilities and capabilities or planning and decision-making. Most common goals are:
- reassessing life values, planning
- overcoming fear of unknown (the future)
- making the right decision before going through with life defining changes
- improving communication skills
- improving presentation skills
- eliminating mental blocks
- solving relationship problems
- increasing confidence
- improving specific abilities and capabilities
Most of the above mentioned techniques are part of the personal break through sessions (approx. 3 hours).
