COACHING SERVICES

Coaching typically focuses on achieving short-term or long-term changes, reaching certain goals, improving abilities and capabilities or planning and decision-making. Most common goals are:

    • reassessing life values, planning
    • overcoming fear of unknown (the future)
    • making the right decision before going through with life defining changes
    • improving communication skills
    • improving presentation skills
    • eliminating mental blocks
    • solving relationship problems
    • increasing confidence
    • improving specific abilities and capabilities

 

Most of the above mentioned techniques are part of the personal break through sessions (approx. 3 hours).
